The African Peoples' Movement (APM) is a voluntary association governed by its Charter and Bylaws, with the authority to establish national chapters, regional mechanisms, and subsidiary bodies in accordance with constitutional law.
Our purpose is to advance inclusive governance, equitable access to land and natural resources, and the industrialization of Africa's raw materials for broad-based economic development.
We recognize land and natural resources as the foundation of social justice, sovereignty, and long-term prosperity. Through transparent governance, environmental stewardship, and inclusive participation, we seek to transform Africa's resource wealth into industries, jobs, skills development, and resilient communities.

We uphold sovereign and communal rights over land and natural resources, exercised within national legal frameworks while promoting equitable ownership and benefit sharing.
