The African Peoples' Movement (APM) operates through a decentralized regional structure designed to strengthen collaboration, coordinate strategic initiatives, and advance the Movement's vision across Africa and the global African diaspora.

The Headquarters of the African Peoples' Movement serves as the central coordinating office for continental strategy, governance, administration, policy implementation, and international engagement. It provides leadership and support for all Regional Offices while ensuring the effective execution of the Movement's Charter and Strategic Blueprint.
Continental & Diaspora Representation
In accordance with the APM Charter, the Movement operates through six regional structures. Each region is led by a Regional Director and supported by Regional Coordinators who implement strategy, coordinate programmes, and strengthen engagement with local communities.
North Africa
Promoting regional cooperation, governance, and strategic partnerships across North Africa.
West Africa
Supporting economic integration, youth development, and regional collaboration throughout West Africa.
East Africa
Strengthening innovation, trade, education, and institutional cooperation across East Africa.
Central Africa
Advancing sustainable development, peacebuilding, and natural resource governance.
Southern Africa
Encouraging industrialization, regional value chains, and inclusive economic growth.
Caribbean & Diaspora of African Descendants
Connecting Africans in the diaspora through investment, cultural exchange, partnerships, and resettlement initiatives.
The Role of Regional Directors
Regional Directors represent the interests of their respective regions while ensuring that APM's vision, policies, and programmes are implemented effectively. Working alongside Regional Coordinators, they provide strategic leadership, strengthen partnerships, and coordinate initiatives that contribute to continental unity and sustainable development.

- Support land and resource governance reforms.
